You retain all rights to the content you create using DailyNote. We do not claim ownership over your notes, tasks, or any other content you create within the application. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DailyNote is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

You acknowledge that your use of the application is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for any data loss or damage that may occur as a result of using the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyNote and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the application after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
